This carpet from the R.M.S Queen Mary ship was designed for a cabin by Agnes Pinder Davis and was woven by Stoddard - Templeton.

The Yattendon Class was established in 1890 by Mrs Waterhouse wife of the eminent architect and artist Alfred Price Waterhouse and existed until 1914. Typical motifs such as fish, galleons, peacock and roses were often seen on tankards, chargers, vases and letter racks. Other motifs such as trees, sheep, strawberries, giraffes, deer and leopards are also featured
